Hanami UX provides software development services including mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and custom software integration.
All custom software development will be governed by specific Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Terms are net 15 days unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and only applicable to milestones not yet commenced.
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom developed applications transfer to the client, excluding any pre-existing Hanami UX base libraries.
Hanami UX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
